Professional Septic Inspections in NH

A septic system is one of the home's major mechanical systems, just like a heating system. It's a "must have" system, which means it has to be working at all times because you expect to be able to flush toilets and run water every day. When buying or selling a home with a septic system, you need to know when a potential problem could arise. Septic systems are not permanent. As the system ages, issues are expected until, eventually, the system needs to be replaced. We will arrange to have a septic inspector on-site when the home inspection is performed.

EPA concluded in its 1997 Report to Congress that "adequately managed decentralized wastewater systems are a cost effective and long-term option for meeting public health and water quality goals, particularly in less densely populated areas." The difference between failure and success is implementing an effective wastewater management program. Such a program, if properly executed, can protect public health, preserve valuable water resources, and maintain economic vitality in a community.
